Believing that every child deserves a safe and supportive place to grow, our mission in the UK is to raise money for rescue4children’s global work for children and their rights, and to advocate for those rights to be realised for all children worldwide.
We do whatever it takes to make a lasting difference to refugee children's lives. In everything we do, the most disadvantaged refugee children are our priority.
All our work is based on the, which sets out the rights of every child, no matter who they are or where they live, to grow up safe, happy and healthy.
Rescue4Children aims to relieves poverty, sickness, suffering and distress arising through conflict or other disaster.
We do this by:
a) Developing the capacity and skills of children through the facilitation of play, so they are better able to develop, mentally, physically, socially and academically.
b) Developing the capacity and skills of adult members and young people in communities in such a way that they are better able to identify and meet their own needs and to participate fully in society.
c) To advance the education of children in communities in which we work, through play and learning based activities.
